The Foundation Research Warcrimes (stichting Onderzoek Oorlogsmisdaden) conducts independent investigations into persons suspected of war crimes with Dutch nationality or residing in the Netherlands and works out information about war crimes in which Dutch citizens have become victims.

A few examples:

-The drownings of migrants in the Mediterranean and the responsibility of vice-chairman of the European Union Frans Timmermans and Doctors Without Border and other NGO’s working under Dutch flag.

-The persecution of Dutch jihadists who fought of are fighting in Iraq, Syria or other countries for Islamic State or similar terrorist groups.

-The case Guus Kouwenhoven, who worked together with Charles Taylor in  illegal arms traficking and complicity in war crimes in Liberia and Guinea.

-The case Frans van Anraat, who sold raw materials as thiodiglycol to Saddam Hoessein for his chemical warfare against Iran and the Kurds in the Golfwar (1980-1988).

-The case Jorge Zorreguita, the father of Queen Máxima who is politically co-responsible for between 500 and 1000 disappearances during the Videla regime (1976-1983) in Argentina.

There are hundreds of persons with Dutch nationality or who live in the Netherlands, such as Mala Uzer S, who have been guilty of committing war crimes, violations of human rights or the evasion of international sanctions. We also research civil casualties in Dutch military operation in Iraq and Afghanistan

La Fondation Recherche Crimes de  guerre (stichting Onderzoek Oorlogsmisdaden) mène des enquêtes de manière indépendante sur des personnes soupçonnées de crimes de guerre, de nationalité néerlandaise ou résidant aux Pays-Bas et collecte des informations sur les crimes de guerre dont des citoyens néerlandais ont été victimes.

- L'affaire Guus Kouwenhoven, qui a collaboré avec Charles Taylor dans des trafics  d'armes illégales et qui s’est rendu complice de crimes de guerre au Libéria et en Guinée.

- L'affaire Frans van Anraat, qui a vendu des matières premières comme thiodiglycol à Saddam Hussein quand ce dernier menait une guerre chimique contre l'Iran et les Kurdes pendant la Guerre du Golfe  (1980-1988).

- L'affaire Jorge Zorreguita, le père de la reine Máxima, politiquement responsable de 500 à 1000 disparitions sous le régime de Videla (1976-1983) en Argentine.

Des centaines de personnes de nationalité néerlandaise ou vivant aux Pays-Bas, comme le Mala Uzer S, ont commis des crimes de guerre, des violations des droits de l'homme et ont éludé des sanctions internationales.
